Our small, family farm is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near Sundre, Alberta. We partner with, and mimic the patterns of nature with the thoughtful and deliberate integration of plants and livestock on our farm.

We are in the early stages of building our farm on raw land. Starting from scratch takes time, but it is a blank canvas and we get to make it our own! As our farm grows we plan to add grass fed lamb and beef, dairy cows, ducks, fruit, berries and more!

We are the Kay family. We started our Farmstead in 2022 with one key goal: produce the quality food we want to feed our family by working with the principles of regenerative agriculture, permaculture and nature's own systems. 

We are starting small, with a big vision to grow an abundance of nutrient dense, ethically produced food.

 We want to bring to our community the same vision we have for our young family:  a life of abundance and health, rooted in happiness.
